Our refund and return policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Send us an email for it and pictures of the original product with a reason for a return or refund. We will verify the product and give you the information

We do not recommend returning products to our warehouses, because the international shipping cost is high, and usually, it takes at least 20 days to arrive at our China warehouse. Most of them are liable to be damaged or lost on the way.

If the products have to be returned, please return them within 15 days after delivery.

After completing the above steps, all we need to do is wait for the delivery.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days.
